How this usually goes

Three ways in, in the order the work happens.

  1. 01

    Positioning

Interviews, market research, a look at your customers. What comes out is one document: what you're worth, who it's for, how to say it, and the words to use everywhere after. Around two weeks.

  2. 02

    Design and build

Website, brand, deck, ads. Whatever the positioning points to, built. No package, because no two of these look the same. Projects generally start around $15,000, fixed quote after the call.

  3. 03

    Ongoing

Someone accountable for it as the business changes. New offers, new markets, the site and the message keep pace instead of falling a year behind. $1,750 a month, a 12 month term.

Going straight to design gets you better looking material. Not necessarily better customers or better deals, so the order matters.

About

Zoltán Kosa-Szántó

A specialist will beat me at his one part. That's fine.

The job isn't winning any single part of the work. It's knowing what the whole thing has to add up to, and catching the piece that's going to break while it's still a conversation, not after it's built. Most of what I do starts with questions, not opinions.

Let's talk

Focus

Identity, websites and the product decisions around them.

Approach

No layers. The build runs through long-term collaborators; the decisions stay mine, and how you run your company stays yours.
